1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made online through the official website of Emmanuel Mission School Antawww.emmanuelschoolanta.org,
which is run and managed by the Emmanuel School Society, Head Office – Kota, Rajasthan.

By making a payment through our online portal, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this policy.


2. Fee Payments

  • All school fees (admission, tuition, transport, or activity fees) once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Payments are accepted for confirmed admissions or ongoing students only.

  • Fee amounts are fixed as per school rules and are subject to periodic review by the management.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a payment is successfully processed, no request for cancellation will be entertained.

  • Admission or form fees submitted online cannot be withdrawn or canceled after confirmation.

  • If a parent/student decides not to continue after payment, the paid amount will not be refunded, except in cases where payment was made in error (see Section 4).


4. Refund in Exceptional Cases

A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional situations:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If the same transaction amount is accidentally paid twice.

  2. Technical Error: If a transaction fails but the amount is still deducted from the payer’s bank account.

  3. Unauthorized/Incorrect Deduction: If there is a proven system error by the payment gateway or bank.

In such cases:

  • The payer must submit a written refund request to the school office or email info@emmanuelschoolanta.org within 7 working days of the transaction.

  • The request must include proof of payment (transaction ID, date, amount, and payer details).

  • Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, and credited back through the original payment method.


5. Transaction Failures

If a payment fails due to technical reasons (network error, server downtime, etc.), the payer should verify with their bank before retrying the transaction.
The school will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by such failures.


6. Disputes and Clarifications

All refund or payment-related disputes should be addressed directly to the school’s accounts office.
The school’s decision on such matters will be final and binding.


7. Amendment to Policy

The school reserves the right to revise or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
